The Day My 1969 Charger Arrived
I had been looking for the right Charger to restore for quite a while. When this one showed up on eBay, the fender tag caught my attention right away. It listed a rare color combination, and I knew I had to take a serious shot at it.
I won the auction for $8,600 and had the car shipped to me in Southern California.
These pictures show the Charger on the day it arrived. It had obviously been painted black at some point, and it looked like it had not run in decades. But the bones were there, the fender tag was there, and the restoration journey officially began.
