After dealing with UPS it looks like I will be getting some money back from the console since I took out insurance. Decided to take the plunge and get a fiberglass one made up by Stinger Fiberglass. The console will be sent to Jason Pfeifer so he can match the color and put all my old chrome back onto the new console. Got a call from Legendary that the carpet is on its way plus I found this airbrushing place near where I work that does some awesome detailed work. Gonna have them redo the gauge cluster plastic face with the black and silver outlines along with all the small lettering done in white.
I’ve had the charger at a sandblasting company for the last few days so they could shoot the undercarriage, wish I would of took some before pic’s but here is what it looks like now
After seeing the job they did on the undercarriage I decided to have them do the whole car with plastic media….no sand for the rest of the car to prevent warping. It should be done next Tues and I will post some new pic’s then. The engine and tranny are almost done along with the carb. Should be done by the end of next week.
